Spa Policies
Our spa treatments are designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. To ensure the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you follow our spa policies:
Gift Cards: We are no longer affiliated with Skin Catering and do not honor Skin Catering gift cards.
Forms: Please complete online forms prior to your appointment. Printed forms are available if needed, but we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete them. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. This policy helps us honor the time of both our clients and staff, ensuring the highest quality of service.
Prepayment: All services require prepayment to guarantee your appointment. This prepayment is non-refundable, so please have your credit card or gift certificate ready when booking.
By scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to these policies. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a relaxing, rejuvenating spa experience.
Gratuity
When booking online, you’ll have the option to select a gratuity preference for your service provider. Gratuity is never automatically added.
Appreciation: Tips are never expected but always appreciated.
Large Parties: For parties of 3 or more, a 20% gratuity will be applied.
Payment Options: Staff can accept gratuity via Venmo, or you may leave cash. An ATM is available on-site for your convenience.
We aim to make tipping simple and flexible while ensuring our staff is recognized for their excellent service..
Gift Card Policy
Presentation: A valid gift card must be presented at the time of service to apply the credit.
Final Sale: All spa gift cards are final sale.
Reservations: Gift cards cannot be used to reserve appointments. All appointments requiring a reservation must be secured with a valid credit card.
Responsibility: Gift cards are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient. The spa cannot issue credit for lost or stolen cards.
Promotional Gift Certificates:
Must be redeemed in full.
Cannot be applied to gratuities, discounted services, or retail purchases.
Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Retail Policy
Retail items purchased are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Guest Conduct Policy
D. Hotel Spa maintains a safe and respectful environment for all guests and staff. Improper conduct will not be tolerated, including but not limited to: inappropriate touching, sexual or suggestive remarks, intentional exposure, or any other behavior of a sexual or improper nature.
If such behavior occurs:
The treatment will be immediately stopped
The guest will be responsible for full payment of the service
The guest will be prohibited from returning to the spa
Additional action may be taken as necessary
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe, professional, and comfortable environment for everyone.
Children’s Policy
Guests under 18 must have a parent or guardian provide consent before receiving services.
Guests under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in the treatment room for the entire service.
Children under 14 cannot be left unattended in the spa at any time.
